Shipping policy

Delivery 

• Free Hong Kong & Macau & Taiwan delivery when you spend HK$500.00 and over. Free Taiwan delivery when you spend HK$800/NT$3040 and over. Exceptions apply to international order. 
• Orders are usually delivered within 7 working days, Monday to Friday. Please note that delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control.
• We do not take responsibility for Customs Clearance delays or failed payment approval.
• Only Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan orders are accepted. Other countries will be available soon and it would be announced on social media.
